Candy Letter Match

Size: A4, with materials.

This activity can be used to introduce letter names. Even if the child does not know the letter names, this activity can still be played by them. As they match the letter shape, introduce the letter name to the child. This activity can be pasted on the fridge. Let them be engaged while being with you while you cook!

How to play?

1) 1.5yo - 3yo: Pick a magnetic letter and encourage child to match to the same letter shape. 26 letters can be a bit too much for them to complete during play, so take turns with the child to not make them feel overwhelmed.

2) 3yo - 4yo: Name a letter or its sound. Encourage child to look for the right letter and cover it with the same magnetic letter.
